CSHC is coming to you with three regional conferences that offer an array of workshops on timely school health topics, with an emphasis on how school health programs and clinics support student success.
Each one-day conference will include an overview of related strategies, helpful resources from CSHC and other organizations, local staff highlighting successful case studies, key partners to engage, and an opportunity to network with local, like-minded stakeholders. |

| In addition, CSHC staff, Board of Directors, Youth Board, and local/state experts will facilitate lunch time table topics on issues such as H1N1 vaccination delivery, the full-service community schools movement, asthma management, data collection, youth engagement, school-district run health/wellness centers, and federal health care reform. |

| Contact Hours for RNs |
Through the California School Nurses Organization, we are offering registered nursing contact hours. You can earn 3 contact hours for each one-day conference. Provider approved by the California Board of Registered Nursing, provider No. 04269, for 3 hours. You must attend the full program to obtain credit. No partial credit can be given. Those wishing to obtain nursing contact hours can make a check out to “CSNO” at registration. Cost for contact hours is $9 ($3 per contact hour). |

**CSHC members can register at the discounted rate by using the Member Registration Code (see Members Section web page for registration code) or contact us if you would like it emailed to you. You must have this code before beginning the registration process or you will not be able to register and pay at the discounted rate.
Organizational membership entitles you to 10 discounted registrations per event. Individual membership entitles you to 1 discounted registration per event. |

Scholarship Opportunities
Based on availability of funds, registration scholarships may be available for full-time students and for those who are experiencing financial hardship. Please send us your scholarship request and briefly explain why you need assistance. |

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation requests received in writing 2 weeks prior to event: full refund for members and non-members.
Cancellation requests received in writing at least 24 hours prior to the event: $20 administrative fee for members; $40 administrative fee for non-members.
No refunds for no shows or cancellations received in writing less than 24 hours before event. You may substitute an attendee from the same organization by contacting the registrar prior to the event, or at the registration table on the day of the conference. |
