  Contributions and Membership

Thank you for your interest in being part of the movement to bring health care to where kids are – at school. Your contribution will enable CSHC to advocate on behalf of and provide technical assistance and support to school health centers. Our work helps schools change the lives of children and youth by ensuring that they get the health care and support services they need to stay healthy and succeed in school. Contributions to CSHC are 100% tax deductible.

We encourage contributions at all levels. Giving at a membership level entitles you to the following benefits:

  • Access to all CSHC products and tools at no cost.
  • Grants and technical assistance.
    Members have priority for:
    • Re-granting opportunities through CSHC.
    • Technical assistance and other special services from CSHC. For example, CSHC staff and school health center expert mentors will be available for consultation on starting a school health center.
  • Discounted registration fees for CSHC trainings and conferences.
Participate in CSHC events held throughout the year in different parts of the state. Continuing education units are typically provided for nurses, health educators, and social workers. Topics covered in past CSHC conferences included promoting nutrition and physical activity in schools, confidentiality and HIPAA, working with managed care, grant writing, and youth leadership in school health centers.
  • Funding news.
Receive electronic updates on funding opportunities relevant to school health centers.
  • Advertising and communications in our bi-monthly ENewsletter.
Advertise job openings, requests for proposals, local events and other communications in our monthly ENews.
